- Payment methods accepted include Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery (within UAE only)

Return Policy
12. Return Eligibility
1.1 Due to the sensitive nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged.
1.3 Custom-made or personalised items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us promptly with a detailed description and photo evidence so that we can assist you accordingly.
1.4 Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items that get damaged due to failure to follow the provided product care instructions.
1.5 In the unfortunate instance of receiving a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery via any of our communication channels with a full description of the problem. Kindly provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s) to help us assess the issue efficiently. We will assess the situation and try to resolve it as best as we can.
2.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to error on our part or a defective product.
